What is Zoom!

Zoom! tooth whitening Is a light-activated teeth whitening treatment. Zoom! Is ideal for removing deep stains caused by coffee, tobacco, tea, colas, chocolate, and time.

How does Zoom! work?

After checking your teeth and gums to ensure they are healthy, Dentist, Dr. Palano will spread a whitening gel containing hydrogen peroxide over your teeth. Then, he will flash the Zoom! low heat on your teeth to accelerate the whitening process. As the hydrogen peroxide breaks down, it allows oxygen to enter your teeth and bleach the dentin and enamel. After three fifteen-minute gel applications, Dr. Palano will finish up the procedure with a five-minute fluoride treatment.

Is tooth whitening harmful to my teeth?

No.  Tooth whitening is not harmful to the teeth or restoration. 

How do I take care of my teeth after they are whitened?

Following a tooth whitening session at Diablo Hills Dental Excellence, you should continue receiving regular cleaning and dental exams to maintain your results.  Whitening toothpaste will also help keep your teeth bright.

How long do results last?

Indefinitely! The Zoom! treatment includes at-home trays.  With period touch-up your smile will never dim.
