Dr Palano was responsible for ensuring that Miss California would take an outstanding smile with her to the Miss USA pageant. Dr. Palano has also lectured nationally and has been a guest speaker for Bay Area television and radio stations.
Dr. Palano’s skill and experience is equally matched by his compassion. As an active member of the community, Dr. Palano has rehabilitated the mouths of victims of domestic violence through the “Give Back a Smile” program. Because Dr. Palano’s passion for dentistry does not stop at the end of the work day, he continues his post graduate studies with hundreds of hours of continuing dental education at some of the most recognized teaching institutions in the world.
